I was born and raised in Bulgaria, a charming country bordering Greece, and my hometown is nestled near Sofia, the capital. Growing up in a small community, we followed a rhythm: hard work during the week and tending to the family farm on weekends. This tradition extended into family time, where we would unwind with massages—a tradition lovingly passed down by my father, who taught us his simple yet effective floor massage techniques. This early introduction to massage shaped my path and became a cherished part of my life.
After high school and a year in military service, I initially pursued a Chemical Engineering major at university. However, my heart wasn’t in it, and I felt a pull toward the therapeutic work my father instilled in me. Driven by this passion, I joined the National Sports Academy, majoring in Massage Therapy, and felt a deep sense of fulfillment. Under the guidance of experienced instructors who had studied massage techniques worldwide, I refined my skills and gained a strong foundation.
In 2003, I made the journey to the United States, where I graduated from a Massage Therapy school in Chicago and began my professional career. Then, in 2008, I was privileged to complete an advanced program in “Mayo Pain Trigger Point Therapy” led by Sharon Sauer, which significantly enriched my practice.
Today, I continue to evolve my massage style, which draws upon Thai massage principles and honors my father’s teachings. I view my abilities as a gift, one I’m committed to sharing for as long as I’m able. Thank you for visiting; I hope you’ve enjoyed learning a bit about my journey. Feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear from you!
